salsa dancing
Hey there - are any of you guys into salsa dancing?! I'm going to be in Chicago June 19th & 20th and would LOVE to get my salsa on. I haven't danced in Chi-town for awhile so I was wondering where to go that weekend. Plus I want to check out a raw restaurants...any suggestions?

Karyn's, Cousin's or Chicago Diner(which has some raw dishes). Sadly, I can't salsa but I can watch! LOL!!!

I would LOVE some company! I have been to Rumba before but none of the other places. I have to figure out which night I am going salsa dancing and I'll let you know (thank you sooo much for offering your company!).
I wish I could samba...it is soooo sexy! :) I have a good friend from Brazil that has taught me and I can do it slow but when I try to go the rythym it's supposed to be I lose it!

Ani Phyo would be good, given your ingredients. I like Ani Phyo's Raw Kitchen. Her stuff is very sweet and heavy, though, IMHO.

yup i agree Loren,however i chew my smoothies really well and eat them really slowly....
i love blending especially green smoothies,and you cant surgically remove me from it,i feel amzing...;) so thayar lol
Yeah, never much thought at the time though as it was late at night and had been about 40 degrees here. Oh well. I am so familiar with the way the Engish and Irish talk that I just assume everyone is the same with the kiwis and Aussies.
