Anyone have any recommendations? I have little/no cooking experience, though am interested in trying some basic recipes.

Hi Alex,
Anything you can whip up in food processor! Hummus, Veggie Pate..just use all raw ingredients and some garlic & spices...yumm! If you have a dehydrator, flax crackers are super easy. Just soak the seeds overnight then season them and spread on your dehydrator sheets.
Coconut cream - meat of a coconut, coconut water, soaked cashews, vanilla Extract and agave..all in a blender..decadent, healthy, easy & delicious!

Hi Alex,

breakfast = fruits and organic yoghurt or if you are vegan, almond milk and bananas with agave
lunch= grated celery, carrots, arugula and pinenuts with balsamic olive oil and Braggs seasoning dressing
with cut up health food bar (like larabar cherry cashew bar).
dinner= almond milk with soaked barley plus raisins, goji berries, nuts of your choice and cut up health bar.

TEA RECIPE:
1/2 inch ginger
1/2 t lavender
2 1/2 c purified water ( 1 bottled water)
Boil the water. Remove from fire. Put the ginger and lavender. Steep for 15 min. Enjoy.

scoop out avocado flesh onto plate, shake in some organic tobasco salt and salt. mush up with fork and dip anything into it. i love sliced apples, baby bok choy.
if you have an extra 30 seconds to spare slice up a tomatoe and some cilantro and mush in aswell.

One of my favorites is :

2 cups of raw walnuts
2 stalks of celery
1 Lge red bell pepper
1 Lge scallion
1/2 tsp sea salt
Combine all in food processor and blend until smooth.
You can have as is or over a salad rolled up in a lettuce leave, or on crackers..
It's so yummy !

Here's my fav cold weather breakie:
Banana boats on FIRE!
2 leaves romaine w/ stem sliced so the leaf lays flat
1 or 2 sm bananas
a few tbsp. almond butter
dash of cayane powder
~ put the peeled banana on the romaine leaf
~ spread almond butter (or what ever tickles your fancy) on banana
~ dash on cayane pepper
~ roll up and munch away!
