Give it to me Raw

so i'm on a strict candida diet at the moment... meaning: no fruit or fruit juice (except lemon and lime), dried fruit, or starchy veggies. only greens, non-starchy veggies, and proteins.
anyone have an interesting and tasty recipes or idea for eating raw?

I'm right there with you!!! Below is my fave breakfast:

Green smoothie:
20 oz water (give or take, depending on desired consistency)
juice of 1 lemon
1 small cucumber
1 avocado
a couple of handfuls of spinach (and/or some romaine lettuce leaves)
stevia (for sweetening, to taste)

That'll usually last my till lunch, when I have a salad:
romaine lettuce
cucumber
tofu, or some sort of bean (for extra protein)
avocado
lemon juice and evoo for dressing

When I get home, I usually make a green juice:
romaine lettuce
cucumber
spinach
garlic (1 clove or so)
lately I've also been adding dandelion greens and mint

My dinner varies, depending on what I feel like making.

Good luck!!! :)

I like to blend sunflower seeds with water, salt, and muchu curry to a thick consistency. Then Put that in a container and add chopped celery and green onion. It tastes a lot like a faux egg salad. A little blck olive is good on it too. Serve in celery sticks, sliced tomatoes or sliced cucumbers.. =) YUM!

that sounds like a good snack... do you soak the seeds first?

Actually it gets thicker if you don't soak them. I use a blend tec. But if you prefer to soak then it may work well to blend in a cusinart. I really like a little cilantro and jalepeno in mine..=)
