Give it to me Raw

This is what I've been studying, but I'm a nobody so you can either think it makes sense or you can take it with a grain of salt.lol Well, candida doesn't have to be the bad guy;it only becomes the bad guy when there isn't enough good guys(probiotics) to tame it. You can get probiotics from fermented foods and supplements and a fermented drink called, VMIXX. The man who makes it has probiotics in it that are 10 to 15 years old. A drink a day will keep the yeast away. A naturopathic doctor told me that this is what naturopathic doctors dream of, but there isn't anyone that can make it the way Jon can. I call Jon the food whisperer.....

Also, there have been studies that the probiotics in fermented foods can kill pathogens. I started a site here called VMIXX life in the raw. So far, there is only two of us on board. I like this group because if we calm down candida we will most likely becomes healthy individuals. I don't think enough people take the time to learn and if you're here, you're smart.

Oh thanks for the info. It's probably not for me...

on my "candida diet" the only fruits that I'm eating are berries, watermelon, lemons, limes, grapefruit, and green apples -- none of which can be dried or dehydrated. Also I'm not eating any fungi.

It is for you, it is just hard to comprehend the concept. I felt the same way and I had so many questions. I was concerned about some of the ingredients, but what happens is that they break down and become a stronger force against fungus, yeast etc. VMIXX makes it easy for you and it does all the work. It's a completely alkalizing liquid. People who have fungus and yeast issues, usually have detox symptoms that work on the throat and the sinus area. My hardest job has been trying to educate everyone because VMIXX is so different. It works synergistically on the body. I had a wart that just fell off. Yeast and fungus love sugar. You will see that sugar cravings come to a halt. It must be that fungus and yeast are losing the battle, your body is getting it's required nutrition and the good guys are winning.
