Breathe

Its connecting the inhale with the exhale breathing in and out of the nose, although you can do it in and out of the mouth as a secondary device. A cycle consists of first stretching the lungs and diaphragm and building a rhythm. The second stage is when life force energy fills the body until if peaks for that interval. During this stage memories get unlocked from the subconscious, pains, aches, or disease start getting worked on from the divine energy the breather has brought into the body. Or sometimes you just feel great power and have incredible insight or both happen. After the energy peaks you continue breathing until all that manifested integrates. and lastly you end the cycle in motivation and peace. usually a cycle can last from 1 to 2hrs...

Yes I can dig it.
I practice some of the more familiar pranayama techniques like kapalbhati before meditation as well as Qi Qong. I also did a 30 day practice with KFKC
last year which was beautiful. Would love to do a practice like that again.
