Give it to me Raw

Okay .... going to cut to it.

One of the most important aspects about breathing - healthy breathing that can make a difference to your "whole being" - in terms of physical, mental, emotional bodies is .....

Slowing the breath down to one breath cycle per minute. Which means ... a 20 second inhale. a 20 second retention and a 20 second exhale. And doing this patter of breathing for anywhere from 11 to 31 minutes per day for a period of time.

EVEN working towards this - like slowing the breathing down to two breath cycles per minute will be of help.

Would love to hear of any one that works with this type of breathing
OR
any other breathing / pranayama that has made a contribution to the life .
