Give it to me Raw

Hey Guys I'm just a little curious. I get all of my shine and glimmer from the food. Never had a problem with that, but it's getting colder here in the city, and I feel my feet about to start drying up. I barely ever wear socks with anything, which I'm actually considering to start doing. Aside from that I just wanted to know, what are things people are using on their feet, topically that has worked well. I don't want all the chemicals, just don't want the alligator skin.

Since I was cursed with my mama's calloused feet, I know your pain (hahaha). I use raw shea butter. It is the only moisturizer that makes my whole body and feet smooth. If you live in a cold climate like I do, trust me when I say it works.

Interesting question. I know that they are not as ugly as before but I guess there are some things that even a raw diet can't change like my mama-given ugly toes. Hahaha.

Oh you know what I did, I used one of those ancient stones and got all the dead skin off, and when I got out I just put raw cacao butter on my feet. I felt warm n creamy, almost made me tingle. Sorry for the TMI but yea, I'm much better now. Wondering what I should do about this stupid economic crumble...

You're suppose to be able to pick the leaf out of the middle - and it comes out realllllllll easy - if it's ripe. It should smell ripe too.

It's actually surprisingly easy once you get the hang of it. No machete required. Shave off the husk at the pointed top close to the shell. Then poke the point of a knife in about 2 or 3 cm out from the centre and wiggle it about until it pierces ...
