I've been barefoot running for a couple of years now and love it. I was wondering if any others out there enjoy this most ancient and basic pastime that we have supposedly surpassed with shoes orthotics and the rest.

Amen, Loren. So do you feel the same way about blending then? The whole fiber is still there with blending so not improving on nature as much as sort of 'pre-chewing', if you will
