Apple scene at the home
So our home is uber wired. My best mate & I each have a laptop, black MB for me and an MBP for him. He also has an iMac connected to an NEC flat screen in the home office. We are fully up to date on sw with OS X 10.5.6, iLife 09, and iWork 09. Three sets of speakers in our house are wirelessly connected to our AirPort network with Expresses. I am the dj, and the music sounds wicked in our Mexican house with an expansive living room connected to a studio and kitchen on marble floors surrounded by concrete walls. My bday is on the 21st of Oct and it is so ON!!!
I use Leopard's screen sharing to access all the other Macs on the network. During the day, I am on the MBP while Diego works on the iMac, and the MB is connected to our flat screen TV. We use it as our media machine, playing music and videos. I love the iTunes visualizer!!
I also LUV iChat. My sis lives in TX, my bro in India, and I in Mexico. Video chatting keeps us connected in a "it's like your right here" kinda way. Both my siblings were Windoze drones before I turned em! And my brother is also hopping onto the raw fruitaphile path :))
Finally, there's our iPods: 2 minis, a tiny shuffle, and a nano. We use them for various things, and they are great to have around! Oh and LUV LUV LUV time machine! All of our computers are regularly backed up.

I just have my white Macbook and my adorable hot pink ipod nano 2nd gen :( On the plus side, my Macbook is totally hooked up with the full Adobe Creative Suite, which means I can design all sorts of neat stuff for my webbie and make movies.
Isn't the itunes visualizer amazing?! I used it for the first time a few weeks ago and was shocked how cool it was.

Yup! College and university students get a 15% discount and a free ipod touch (they did this giveaway in September... not sure if it's still on, but check the apple website). It's a great deal.
