Has anyone read Fast Food Nation by Eric Schlosser, The Jungle by Upton Sinclair, or Sunfood Living by John McCabe? I just thought I would ask because I am interested in what people thought/think about one or all of these books. Also curious if people went vegetarian/vegan out of concern for animals or if you read the above books or if it was something else?
i haven't read those books amazingly but i did see the movie Fast Food Nation (too busy to read~ gotta see the movie! laugh.. better go pick 'em up (hopefully!) at the library ;] (the Pikes Peak Library District actually does have a pretty great raw food book selection, we may just have 'em! )...
