What would Anastasia do?
Anastasia has become a great inspiration to me as I read more of the Ringing Cedars series. Her wisdom pours out with ease. For instance:
"There are several main causes underlying the diseases of the human flesh, namely: harmful feelings, emotions, an artificial dietary regime - an unnatural meal schedule and food composition, the lack of short-term and long-term goals, and a misapprehension of one's essence and purpose in life. Positive emotions, a variety of plants and a reappraisal of one's essence and purpose in life - all these are capable not only of counteracting diseases but also of significantly enhancing one's physical and mental or emotional states."

A question i ask myself lately: "If Anastasia was in your shoes, what would she do?" I think I know on a fundamental level she would simply reconnect with plant life - mother earth, grow plants, etc. and raw is part of that. But regarding real life specifics it becomes trickier (for instance, so far my Ray is not fully functional, i can not walk around naked indifferent to climate change, and I'm not sure i can manifest a "fed-by-squirrels" diet just yet. I'll keep you posted, though. LOL).
perhaps this is a terrible WWJD-bracelet throwback, but if Anastasia were in your shoes, what would she do differently?

You are funny. It reminds me of the Christians who ask themselves "what would Jesus do?" It is a great way of checking in with yourself though. As for your Ray of Light not being fully functional, it is possible to learn.
I teach people how to use their Ray of Light, using information that was downloaded into me from Source several years ago. I have a friend from my Kin's Domain settlement group who asked herself how to use her Ray for years after reading the books (she is Russian, so she read the books a while ago) and when she took my workshop, she was like "Finally, this is what I've been asking for!!"
When I read the books it was wild, because I recognized how Anastasia uses her Ray, down to the words she uses to describe the connection, and the results of the physical healings, such as Vladimir's physical reaction, which is something a lot of my clients have experienced.
