A few years ago I had a hard time finding any Aloe in the city I live in, but finally got lucky. I was able to buy this small and not-so-beautiful plant which I grew to be much bigger and stronger.
When I bought it, no one was sure wether it was suitable to be used externally, yet to digest it. Just by simply trying out I noticed that it really does ease the pain and help wounds and burns heal faster.
Now how can I be sure wether or not I can use my beloved houseplant as a food without risking poisoning myself while trying?

I don't know if you can open up someone with your concepts who is not predestined for it ....
