I had adrenal fatigue and the doctors wouldn't even test me to find out. Thank you Goodfella. We all need to be aware, have information and of course we can all use the support. :)

Must investigate this possiblity, might be part of this long healing crisis, I got tightness in my throat/neck/ who knows , that links to ears and face since 6 months ago when I had a sound injury that induced myofacial and auditory symptoms and a WHOLE range of things. one DC thinks I have sub-clinical thyrodic problems since the labs came back "normal" from an MD (still waiting for the actual levels on printout). I could write an essay just describing the last 6 months from my bodies perspective. But I'm doing what I can...

I am healed and whole and full of light. (((AUM)))

Detoxification and alkalization of the whole body is essential in regenerating the
glands to proper functioning. Obviously fruits and herbs are our medicine in this healing journey. We have seen over the years that moving the lymphatic system with tree fruits, tissue specific botanical's (herbs) and lymphatic massage especially in the upper thoracic area is vital to restoring thyroid function, also, as you know removing all animal products and grains is essential until the thyroid/parathyroid centers are back to optimal condition. Regenerating the adrenals requires rest (sleep), removal of all stimulants (even raw ones) and the kidneys must be filtering properly. The kidneys are flushed with cucumbers, lemons, apples etc. and again tissue specific herbs. All detoxification systems in the body are greatly enhanced when we remove all protein and heavier fats for a time. High water fruits, vegetables and herbs are our best friends when we are strengthening the endocrine glands.

Lymphatic and thyroid: Chaparral, Bugle weed, Bladder wrack, Cleavers, Ginger, Stinging Nettles, Poke Root, Saw palmetto, White Oak bark and Lymphatic massage.

Kidneys and Adrenals: Alfalfa, Astragalus, Burdock, Corn Silk, Dandelion (leaves), Horsetail, Licorice, Stinging Nettles, Parsley and of course, rest, sleep, emotional freedom (expression) and LOVE! (energy)

Check out godsherbs.com for the most powerful botanical formula's on the planet ( I have NO financial interest) and remember ALKALIZE, ALKALIZE, ALKALIZE!!!!!!!!

Wow, Daniel! Thanks so much for all that. I knew about a few of those herbs, but not even close to half and was looking for more, so this was perfect!

I am revisiting my primary care doctor this Friday for a follow-up on my thyroid;
dx.hypothyroidism. I have felt tired and lightheaded in the afternoons and sometimes after breakfast. I take .25mcg each morning(1 tablet) of levothyroxine. I eat a bowel of oatmeal and a banana for breakfast. Here are my questions:

1 what raw foods are helpful for my diet
2 what should i eat at lunchtime
3 is arugula a no no for thyroid problems
4 do you recommend B complex to counter this fatigue

All comments are welcomed!

Thanks,
Curt

1. Kelp, radishes, blue green algae, grapes, grapefruit....

2. 1-3 different whole ripe fruits, green juice, salad with light dressing....

3. Arugula is a fine herb and should not cause any problems

4. Vitamins will not provide energy. Energy is gain by maintaining a balance of activity and rest as well as getting lots of sleep at night, try to up to bed at 10 pm and slleep as much as you can. Of is helpful to remove all grains and meat on fact removing all cooked food is the best. Acidosis obstructs the flow of energy in the cells organs and glands, to counter this you must alkalize with tree ripened fruit and leafy green vegetables and herbs. If you want to get well you must alkalize, alkalize, allkalize. Check out godsherbs.com for herbs that will enhance thyroid function immediately. Detox the body and remove the obstructions to the flow of life energyin the glands you will be glad you did! Yours in super health, Dan
