So I am calling on all of you 80/10/10ers here for help. I have been following the 80/10/10 now for 9 days....I feel great so far, but, I have noticed that veggies are less and less appealing to me and fruit is all I want. I drink green juice in the morning so that I make sure I have that good chlorophyll in my system, but do you think it is okay to just eat fruit the rest of the day? Also, I am really trying to lose weight as well and I have found that I have been less and less hungry. I know I need a certain amount of calories each day but I have been just listening to my body for now to dictate how much to eat and I am assuming I will be able to eat more and more fruit as I progress? Lastly, I tend to get hungry later in the day and almost always end up eating a late dinner around 8:30. Will eating this late hinder my weight loss goals?

Hey Rachel, you'll get more responses if you post this on 30 bananas a day. It's a 80/10/10 site. I've been 811rv for 9 months and eat fruit all day and then fruit with greens like lettuce and cellery at night. Eating late isn't ideal as it messes with your sleep. The less sleep you get tends to affect how fast your body restores itself to heath so if you have weight to lose eating late may effect that. I try to be done eating by 7 and usually try to get to bed by 9. If you're not hungry then don't try and force yourself. If you start craving cooked foods that's a good indication that you're not eating enough so use that as a guide. You'll find you will slowly be able to eat more each time you eat. At first people tend to have lots of small meals through out the day until their stomach adjusts to the volume. Good luck with it all, it really is an amazing lifestyle!

yes i get those leg cramps. someone said mineral deficiency maybe right.
does anyone else have these muscle cramps? i want to get rid of them im not 80/10/10 but im working towards it.

I'm going to stick to a low-fat, all raw diet for more than a week this time, to reverse candida overgrowth and chronic fatigue.

Also, are you guys doing green smoothies? I try to only eat my fruits in combo with greens or alfalfa sprouts. But then again, I'm hypoglycemic and nutrient deficient.

Please share success stories on 811 (or variations) with illness!

hi guys..

can you tell me where i can get the book without using credit card. Like using paypal or so?

On grahams site its only available with credit card, at amazon too...

i dont have a credit card but want the book... thanks a lot my friends

Hi El-bo, You're absolutely right; sodium is not the problem, but sodium chloride, and inorganic mineral salt which always causes water retention and raises blood pressure. We don't need any of that.
