lol brian clemens. That's enough said... And for hybridization, how much more sugars do these fruits contain? We run on glucose, go do some research.

I may sound hostile, but just trying to teach you..
Do some research, prove me wrong.

Much Love

k thanks dude thats all good to know ive been a raw vegan for over a year and half now but i mostly follow david wolfes dietary plans and i have eaten nothing but fruit for a few days at a time and i seriously did not feel good in the slightest... headaches, gas, and skin rashes lol, and ive never met anyone on the 80/10/10 diet that could do it or even believes it make sense, ive been living more like on the 33% greens 33% fats and 33% fruit. and more less sweet fruits so yeah poor it to me if you strongly believe it would be healthier for me. :)

can someone give me a simple mono-eating meal plan on the 811.

fruits are made up of carbs, fats, and protein. Greens are made up of carbs, fat and protien. 801010 isnt a diet that say to eat 80% fruits 10% greens and 10% nuts. Do some research on information . You are extremely confused... David wolfe eats meat. David wolfe eats phytoplankton. Do you know how phytoplankton are fished for??? Sometimes search enginesn be your best friend....

Hey guys. I run www.raw-food-health.net , which some of you have visited.

I think just about everyone is inspired by raw transformation shots, and I'd love to add a section to my site highlighting some people that have seen improvement on 80/10/10.

Maybe it's clearing up your skin, gaining muscle, loosing fat, or any other visible change.

I'm hoping that at least a few of you will choose to submit a before and after photo along with a bit of text describing your journey, any health problems you've overcome, etc, for display on the site.

My hope is that these sort of improvements will plant a seed that will lead to others making healthy changes in their own lives, improving our world in the process.

If you later change your mind I wouldn't mind taking the photos down again. If you like I'll only use your first name.

Please contact me at Andrew@raw-food-health.net if you'd like to contribute.

Best
-Andrew

David Wolfe eats meat?? I don't think so. He says he eats ants.
Maybe there are people whose system gets along quite good with 811, and others who don't. I could imagine that People with origins from tropical regions can live very well on a high fruit diet, while people from northern countries (even living now in warmer regions) get better with more fat and protein.
Eduardo Corassa Comment by Eduardo Corassa on January 7, 2009 at 8:32am
That really does not make sense. Its like saying some gorilas should be meat eaters, or some cows should live on fruits!!!! Its like Dr. D says all the time, if u change your dog from alaska to the tropics, u will still be feeding him dog food...
U would never get so far to a northern region without freezing or starving...

hi everybody! I just got the book and am loving it so far :)

It's great to find a group of like-minded people who are just as in love with fruit as I am... Best of luck to everybody on their wonderful journey!
