READY MADE FRUIT SMOOTHIES/JUICES
Is it okay to have smoothies like the innocent smoothie drinks?, they're 100% fruit, though bcuz it's in the fridge might not be that fresh.

I would say that according to 80/10/10 shop smoothies of any kind are out. Nothing will taste like the ones you may yourself anyhow.
Its all a matter of priorities though. You've got to do whats right for you right now and an innocent smoothie once now and then cos your time/money poor is certainly better than some alternatives. When in doubt, eat a banana! :)
