I know this is kinda obvious, but has anyone got ideas of how to reduce the time spent eating, apart from juicing. Especially as I'm going to uni and dont want to spend lots of time eating.
My favourite meals are smoothies...only 2-3 ingredients. If you mix too many fruits, the taste gets gross.
I love oranges + romaine lettuce
bananas + dates
bananas + lettuce etc. If you have a large thermos even two, it will carry well from morning till evening.
I haven't found a way to eat my dinner meal in less than an hour, because it usually contains at least 2 heads of lettuce and all that chewing just takes time. My husband gets frustrated with me, he says that I spend way too much time eating. What's a girl to do?
I do them very often, but I don't always like to drink my meals. So one night I might make a smoothie, the next a big salad, or I'll have a green smoothie for lunch and salad for dinner.
My fav is: 16 oz of water, 4-5 bananas, 3 medjool dates and 1-2 cups of kale or romaine, escarole or chard.
I concur that green smoothies rock. When I was working a lot I would drink a giant green smothie for breakfast and then just snack on plain fruits and veggies for the rest of the day. After 6PM the most I would consume is tea and honey.
A hand-held lemon reamer works great for grapfruits and lemons too. Have you seen the little ones that are not much bigger than a potato peeler?
Eating mono meals takes no time at all really. 811rv rocks in terms of saving time. For little sugar boosts I sometimes keep a jar of honey with me and have a teaspoon or two every hour. It works well to keep focus, but I wouldnt suggest doing it for days on end.
Doug really emphasizes mono meals of 1 type of fruit and lots of it. Let's say you require 2000cal a day, that would break down to 8 bananas for breaky /morning, 8 apples for lunch/afternoon, 2 oranges before dinner, 1/2 C avacado, kale + lettuce. Simple.
I watch a lot of TV. For a normal person, it's probably too much, but for an aspiring TV writer, it's probably not enough. I watch Top Chef, Project Runway, Heroes, Gossip Girl, Greek, Biggest Loser, Glee, Grey's Anatomy, Private Practice, and Bon...
I want to raise my vibration at every level, for many reasons. Earthly illusions such as poverty, jealousy, anger, hate, greed, abuse, weigh me down like heavy luggage. It is these very illusions that keep me separate from others and from God. Get...
Thank you guys! For the sauce, I used tomatoes, a spoon of olive oil and a pinch of any yellow spice I could find in my cupboard and some cilantro. I prepare almond milk so I used the leftovers nuts and mixed them with previous ingredients and the...
