HI...just joined..Was happily 80/10/10 last summer..never felt better, yet, over time I was getting MAJOR muscle cramps and lots of bruising..any comments? (Doug himself had none, except maybe needing more minerals...) it was enough for me to stop..something felt not balanced.

I think it can work in the short term and is good for those wanting to lose weight.

yep it works in the short term AND the long term. its great for those wanting to loose weight AND build fitness.

we drop the excess poundage and keep it off because we are eating sufficient fruit carbs to fuel the active lifestyle that prevents chubby butt.
we are avoiding the foods that create water retention.
we are providing the body with sufficient carbs from fruit to stay 100% raw vegan if that is our goal.
we know its never wrong to do the right thing..

This is the best way to eat!! I feel better now at 36 that when I was 20... The human body was designed for this...

I was feeling kinda low eating mostly fruit and greens now that I put ALOT of hemp seed back into my diet I feel better, any ideas why this is???? Was I just not getting enough fruit???

I got the book today!!! Woohoo!!! I'm so excited. I've watched Dr. Grahams videos last week. I started eating more fruit 2 days ago and I can already tell a difference in the way I feel.

hi stacey, I was doing Hatha Yoga, that involves asanas, prayanama, bandha and mudras. Apart from yoga we were taught Anatomy, Psychology, Philosophy etc., so that the students of this course could teach yoga and take it as a profession later.
