I want to know what is keeping you motivated about eating raw? Your weight? Your raw feelings? Are you trying to be perfect? Are you an obsessive person, or do you suffer of anorexia? I am just sometimes asking myself these questions and wondering if i am too hard on myself...
Lets see...what keeps me raw over anything is that it is the truth...Regardless of my detox symptoms, sometimes not knowing what to eat, 6 dollar ice cream at wholefoods:), and etc..I could never go back to consiously knowing that I am killing myself..I keep the faith that I will be rewarded beyond my wildest dreams if I just believe and follow my heart:))

I just enjoy eating like an animal, but outside, especially being a skateboarder n snowboarder... It's not easy. Nothing is organic, when it is, it's like 4 dollars for 2 peaches. Then I have this stupid stock market in this city messing everything else up. Really thinking about making my own garden, big brother is playing too many games with the economy.

I'd say the major factor motivating me to eat raw is the effect it has on my mind. When I eat cooked food my mind is rarely clear and I'm usually not at ease. Eating raw clears my mind and allows my body to be at ease. When I can think clearly and I feel good physically I'm in the mood to deal with all those things I've been procrastinating with. This is when I put my life in the direction of an upward spiral, instead of downward or stagnant like most.
So, I guess you could say my motivation for eating raw is motivation.
I like the food and the huge variety of different recipies as well as the physical (positive) impact of the food/drink itself, which I can feel each day.
Thank you. :)
How'd you come up with the 6 weeks? I know that Lukas had an amazing experience at your center and looks amazing.
When are you gonna write a book?
