Massaged spinach with sundried tomatoes, fresh tomatoes, red onion, green onion, red pepper, artichoke hearts, garlic, oil and balsamic vinegar dressing.
I am not 100% sure of what is on the shelves but vinegar is usually fermented to make it. You can also use red wine that is left out until it turns to vinegar. It's just one of my favorite flavors. You could use kombucha made with red grapes or just a little grape juice..
I also love collard greens with coconut sesame oil dressing. Massaged with red pepper, carrot, celery, and chinese pea pods and cilantro.
Im not sure what ingredients you have there to work with..
I don't know about my favorite dish, But I can quite easily make things such as Raw Thai Curry without a vitamix; Guess what - I don't have a Vita Mix, nor do I have a dehydrator........ I do have a knife, chopping board, blender, a stick blender and small food processor and manage quite well with those
Or... use a vegetable peeler to make zucchini noodles, and then chop up tomatoes, basil and garlic. throw a little olive oil and salt in with them and enjoy!

Kale Salad
Massage the kale with oil and salt (thinking positive thoughts as you do this). Add in any other ingredients you have lying around - aocado, tomato, onion, olives, seeds or nuts etc.
Banana Pud
Mash up a ripe banana with some cacao or carob powder, stir in some hemp seeds, raisins and a pinch of maca.

I'm planning to start enemas too (I think when my roommate will leave next month...). Of course it's unnatural, but we have eaten unnatural for years and years and I believe it can help a lot getting out the waste.
