Soooo, i'm only on my third day of doing the raw thang....and as much researching and youtubing and raw food sites studying....wanting to know if these foods are ok....

OKF brand, Aloe Vera Juice?
Tins of tuna?
Heck oh heck, i am seriously diggin Seaweed, and i've had hummus in that with avacado and alfaalfa sprouts, capsicum, etc... sooooo tasty. :)
