she didnt get it..maybe she was vegan.. :)
im in thailand. they serve bbq'd pet all day long. cheap and tasty they tell me. i stick with fruits..

For such a self righteous loudmouth I'd expect to see you picketing with a megaphone at meat processing plants; not confronting grieving women who are at the lowest point of vulnerability. But, as usual, you are more interested in the extreme than the effective. Maybe you will top this off by going into a local market and screaming vegan slogans at little old ladies buying pork chops....lol. (Please come and brag about it too)

it really can be serious. durianrider is a devout follower of 'any publicity is good publicity' - it's all about raising awareness by any means. I'm just not sure if what he is really interested in raising awareness of is durianrider himself

Why does the durianrider defence seem to invoke the same response as some little kid saying Sticks and stones my break my bones but words will never hurt me? It's OK to say anything because words don't hurt. How about it's OK to say nothing because words don't inspire? Oh, maybe words can inspire people to change? Oh, maybe words can hurt?

I find it funny how people are criticizing DR's ego when we have self-appointed guardians of GITMR creating "safety" threads of what he writes about. A tad ironic, no?
DR is a militant vegan. His response to the woman who lost her dog could not have been more ill-timed. Good intentions, bad timing. He could have been more tactful. Got it. Thanks. Do we really need to create yet more divisiveness on this board or do we want to let him say his thing and move on to another topic?
You don't have to respond to every discussion on here. There are literally a few thousand threads on this board to choose from. Why create more negative energy? It serves absolutely no purpose.
