Give it to me Raw

i can't figure it out! I drink a 64oz. Green drink every day, with a lot of water in it. i also drink at least 6 glasses throughout the day.... but my throat feels a little dry right now, my skin is dry, my hair is dry, my legs itch and my hair is dry and brittle. When i wake in the morning (it's the worst then) I have a hangover type headache, achey muscles, dry mouth and really chapped lips. But i drink a lot of water at night to the point of peeing in the middle of the night - one time - to avoid that. I *rarely* eat dehydrated foods..... i aim to eat a lot of water rich foods. What am i doing wrong?? Is agave or stevia a diuretic???

mm,it could be so many reasons...what else are you eating.?too many nuts and seeds unsoaked and ungerminated could be dehydrating,mis combining foods can be dehydrating,not enough watery foods,unsweet fruit,greens and of course juicy and sweet fruits can be dehydrating....living in air conditioning is dehydrating,not enough fresh air and deep breathing will make you dry.

added salt and processed sauces can be dehydrating too.

try some MSM in your water too,chia seeds are wonderful,avocados,lovely juicy fruits and unsweet fruits,greens,yes green juice is magical and wg juice too,seeds are great with lovely omegas 3 and 6 much needed for hydrating the body and skin...

drink your water before meals not during nor immediatley after....i like to drink at least 1 litre to 1.5 litres in the morning before i have anything else.

Thank you!!! Can you make an even more detailed list of your daily foods?

I am SO achey and dry again this morning. My eyes hurt, head hurts and i don't feel rested AT ALL.

So, i should chill out on the salt? i wish i had a chart of hydrating vs. dehydrating.

I should be thriving by now...... more help please!!!!!!! (oh,and not too much heat, and i don't use air conditioning.... i *am* in the PNW... the time i am outside with the kids, i DO try to get my deep breathing in..... *sigh*.... i never can seem to figure myself out!

Navae hang in there,its not too overwhelming,just baby steps hmmm..

yesterdays intake
1.5 litres of water with MSM 2 tsps

wg shot with 1/2 apple juiced and 1 large cucumber
breakfast smoothie
3 large bananas 1 cup of blueberries
1 scoop protein powder
1 tsp of maca
5 stalks of celery3 T of soaked chia seeds into a jelly

5 hours later lunch
1 head of lettuce
2 large carrot grated
3 cucumbers(so great for hydration)
3 Tablespoons of soaked chia seeds
lemon juice
5 large tomatos
small protein shake(had before i ate)

4 hours later
2 large fuji apples
smoothie if young coconut water and jelly blended with 1 scoop protein powder

3 hours later dinner
nori rolls,
on nori sheets avocado with alfalfa sprouts,lettuce,tomatos,cucumbers,yummm...and then i made an extra salad on the side...sooo good!

yeh ditch the salt it dries you out,even though some love it,it leaves me feeling like prune woman lol ;)

food combining well is so important.send me message if you dont want to go into stuff on open forum.hugs xx

oh i definitely think its the agave if you're using it frequently. yeah and then electrolytes. i had a cold recently i couldn't get rid of till i had electrolytes and then bam i was way more hydrated with less water but better quality water and the cold went :)

That sounds like fun.. There is a thing called double dutch where two girls hold two ropes and you have to jump them both at the same time.. maybe you could find a couple of girls to try this with you. It's pretty impressive when you see it..
