WHO: pro-vaccination, anti-tanning
I haven't seen any discussions about the strange arrival of anti-tanning bed stories as we head into the profitable flu-shot season. The World Health Organization says tanning beds are bad and the swine flu vaccine is neccessary.
We all know sun or fake bake leads us to produce vitamin D. Vitamin D is one of the best defenses against flu and sickness.

Good points beloved. Vitamin D has been proven to powerful agent against the flu. Tanning beds can be helpful but most do not produce the UVB rays that people need to get Vitamin D. Tanning beds primarily primarily produce UVA rays which cause people to tan but do not produce Vitamin D. The danger associated with tanning beds actually has nothing to do with the UVA or UVB rays. Anyone who wants to know what risk that is can private message me. Peace

After the third or fourth day I seem to function better then when I am eating heavy meals. My last fast I was walking eveyday. I just feel great when I am fasting.

I have done a 40 day water fast before. So I guess for some people it miight be dangerous but it works for me. I do better on water then juice fasting.
