Hey! Now I need your help as I have no experience from these blenders. I have considered them too expensive up to now - not having the money - but now I see I must invest! I make the food for my girl who is tube fed (and our smoothies) in our blender. As it isn't the Rolls Royce kind of blender I also need to work with all the food in a siv after blending, to be sure I get rid of all particles that can block the tube. A very time consuming work. So, time has come for VITAMIX.
Please share your experience on this. WHERE shall I buy it from? It is to be shipped to Sweden.
Hey there,
The Vitamix 5200 is the best bet. Its got variable speed, which is key, and offers all the power you'll ever need with its 2 horsepower motor.
I'm a vitamix affiliate and if you use my affiliate number, you will get free shipping-- My number is 06-004107 and my rep's name is JP Minard 800-848-2549 ext 2303. You can also email him at jpminard@vitamix.com or just insert my affiliate number on the vitamix website, vitamix.com
$450 new, $550 new with wet and dry containers and sometimes you can score a "reconditioned" model for $350 (US Dollars). The reconditioned ones are typically the machines used at trade shows etc. I don't think you can break a vitamix - within reason
Thanx you Happy Healthy Human Being!! :))
I had a beautiful boost of green lokking at your pics! Will take a look at your website.
I've now mailed the person you mentioned...
All the best!

Hi Lee, I agree with you in many ways and would have said an unreserved yes to your statement before I tried raw vegan eating. Maybe it is different for different people, but I have been totally surprised at how much what I eat has been affecting ...
Soaking might help, I really don't know for sure. My father eats soaked dried chestnuts. The dried ones are really hard and they get a little bit softer when soaking them, but they are'nt as sweet soaked.
recently i have come to believe i may (not fully sure) have candida. mainly for the following reasons: after any cooked meal that is high in startches like say risotto the next day my head is so fuzzy and i think it may be even hungover or drunk. ...
This is what my mom recommends too. The thing is I live in a high-rise building in NYC, so I'm definetely not "grounded".
The grounding bed technology makes sense, but it doesn't feel natural to me. Has anyone tried it? Did you notice any changes...
