I am trying to figure this out. Less is best? Fattier is best? I can't seem to find a straight answer. Trying to see what will leave me the most energy when i wake. what can you offer?? :) thanks!
Everyone is different so I can't offer anything. You'll have to experience & decide it for yourself. I personally feel best with a light dinner & waking up hungry to a big breakfast. If I do the opposite, big dinner or skip breakfast. I feel to lazy.

greens baby! juice some greens, there is a lot of confusion generated here about what is and isn't good to eat, i get confused as well :P!
But most people agree greens are wicked and give you a raw high.

For the past five days I've been living by the daylight rule - only eating during daylight hours. Usually my last meal is between 4:00 P.M. and 5:00 P.M. Yesterday it was closer to 3:00 P.M. and then I had a snack around 5:00 P.M. (raw, homemade pumpkin cookies!). I've noticed I have a lot more energy in the morning, which is nice and I don't wake up with a stomach ache. My goal is to lose 10 lbs by jan 1st. I haven't weighed myself in a few days, but after only two days of enforcing this rule I lost two lbs.
They didn't turn out too well :/ I combined a scone recipe using sprouted kamut, dates, and walnuts with a pumpkin recipe from the Renegade Health Show
whatever makes you feel good and whatever time you want to finish eating, thats when and what you should be eating end of the day :)
find your own way of whats right for you...
i train alot so my food digests easily regardless...sometimes i eat at 6pm sometimes 8 pm,always a huge big salad with seeds or nuts or avocado...and the golden rule i have for myself is at least 3 hours before i go to bed i stop eating....
Probably the simplest foods or the easiest to digest would be smoothies or fruit, and the earlier the better so the body is not digesting while we are sleeping. I had a smoothie around 8pm and was pretty proud of myself. I'm turning over a new leaf, or trying to anyway.
That's hilareous. My husband looks at the sun to make himself sneeze. There's some weird phenomena that 10% of the population has that looking at the sun makes them sneeze.
being connected nope not a coincidence...raw opens up our chakras and there you have it,wham it hits you in the face sometimes Chris, its intense but intensely exciting...
yup i love hearing everyone different ways and experiences its wonderful to...
Hi Loren. Dillon is 6 years old, very skinny and eats like a horse, I have noted in the past that when he has had a virus and been suffering from fever and lack of appetite that his autism is less severe.
celery is hugely important in my diet,as i dont add salt to anything..when i do have the occasional piece of sunbread or raw chocolate which contains salt,i reallllly feel it quite negatively....
great advice Loren :)
Great points RG you're right, one size dosent fit all. For me it was purely a health thing to start, but then as you so well described it, the layers started peeling back. It really took me by surprise, was very unexpected, which is why I now just...
Hi Nicole,
How old is your son? As far as diet, I would be giving him plenty of fruit, and plenty of simple salads, including lots of tomatoes and perhaps some celery as both are high in sodium.
But as I understand it, salt cravings are usually ...
