It's finally sunny (with snow on the ground still) in Seattle and I am getting so excited for summer. The sunshine is out and I feel inspired. What is your favorite thing to do in the sunshine?
frisbee, swimming, jumping into the water, climbing mountains, playing romee, eating watermelons, lying on the beach, lying in the grass, having breakfast/lunch/dinner/whatever outside, picking wild herbs and making a salat out of it, searching for mushrooms and berries in the forests, cycling, drinking a liter of freshpressed orange-mango-juice, working outside, having liquid coconut oil, singing louder than I´m afraid of the snakes and stomping to the ground - to make them run away from me, drinking out of a cold source that comes out of the stone in the mountain, loving the summer,
absorbing sunshine while sitting on my longboard awaiting the next wave is pretty fun. Did that the past few days, its been 80 degrees and perfect, no more wetsuit, hello spring. Get up, stand up.

Hi Jeff,
Every organism is completely self-healing. When sick or badly injured enough, every species will lie down and rest completely. Fasting itself has no curative power, but when we stop processing food (the single most energy expensive proce...
