Give it to me Raw

Hey ever since going raw, I haven't been eating a big variety of veggies. I feel like i should be consuming more. I do get a variety of greens. What are some good veggies that are easy to digest raw? So many vegetables seem to be hard on digestion. How can I get that variety I used to have.

collards, kale, baby spinach, basil, parsley, coriander, and I know they arent green but try some flowers in a salad next time. Yes, flowers! There are a variety of edible flowers out there that a very delicious. Did you know that cauliflower and broccoli are flowers? But yeah anyways those are some of my favorite. If you are looking to go really dark green then seaweeds like spirulina and kelp are the way to go. I will name a few seaweeds just in case :) Spirulina, kelp, dulse, irish moss, wakame... and the list goes on. Organic or wild seaweeds are extremely dense in nutrients and maintains healthy thyroid function because of the naturally occurring iodine. Hope this helps out a bit.
