Give it to me Raw

Nicole

What to expect on 10 days of only sweet fruit?

I am on day 4 of 10 days of only eating sweet fruit and am wondering if what I am experiencing is normal?
After hearing Free state that she was cured of candida in 10 days of banana eating I thought it was worth a go myself. Let me just say that I feel like craaaaaaaaaaaap!
My tongue is much whiter than of recent times, my lower back (which has given me grief for ages) is alot worse, I have a dull aching pain down my right side under my rib area and I can't sleep because of restless legs ( and oddly arms) . I have been high raw since Jan this year and the restless legs were a problem before raw but have resurfaced since eating all fruit.
On the positive side, my last meal has been around 6/6.30 pm and I haven't been inclined to eat again until around 10am the next day (previous to this I could eat until around 9pm)
I have no cravings for fat or bread. I do miss my greens though.....
Anyho, this is abit long winded I know but am wondering if this is normal and will I come through the other side?

Yep I was having about 18-20 magoes a day, it was a truly pleasurable experience and the amazing thing is I didn't want to stop eating mangoes, I was just so satiated that no other food tempted me. Every cell was nourished by the fruity goodness :)

Years ago when I was eating meat I went on an atkins style diet. I ate no sugar of any kind for 3 months. I ate alot (I mean alot) of fat. Most of the fat content came from animals and avocado. During this time I felt pretty good ie no breast pain, pms, itching, headaches, even moods and pretty good energy. On the flip side though, I had insane cravings and the worse bowel movements. So bad that I had to stop as I feared I was giving myself crohns or worse.
I have a family history of digestive problems and bowel cancer and so far going raw has not help me in that way. Low fat and alot of oranges ( my idea of alot and others are quite different I reckon) seems to be the only thing helping in that respect

Thanks for that Foxy! Here is another video where a scientist talks about his work sampling ice cores that shows elevated levels of cosmic dust in the polar ice caps. Iridium and gold is at a lot higher in the cores.

I should clarify. I am not vegan, and I eat a very, very, very strict diet (The Body Ecology Diet). If I don't follow this diet, I don't stay this skinny--or healthy. I went on this diet for health reasons; it's the only diet that has really helpe...
