Usually between 3 and 6 am. Sometimes I stay up all night and I just feel amazing the next day, not tired at all, just excited and full of energy. I was considering doing a sleep fast - seeing as I feel so good not sleeping. I might give it a go, just to see what happens.
I keep odd hours. I have found that the middle of the night is way more productive then the day time. There are no distractions, the house is quiet and I can focus 100% on whatever I want. I have found it's also the best time to do art projects.
I go to bed between 1 and 5.
Especially since I stopped eating after 7pm, I don't need as much sleep as I used to need. I function just fine on the small amount of sleep that I get, although occasionally I need a full 8 hours.
