Do you notice any changes to how you feel when you stay up really really late (even if you get 8 or more hours of good sleep)?

Do you feel the same when you get the same amount of sleep but go to bed earlier and wake up earlier?

Has anybody noticed that they don't need to sleep as much, if eating mostly raw?

Firsties, lately 6 am.

I like to read all night. Lying in bed is my favorite hobby.

I sleep more on fruitarianism if I have been eating heavy greens, I am dehydrated more on salad dressings probably.

2:00 am lately..due to stress..I'm hoping when the stress goes I can go to bed a little earlier. I wake up around 7:30-8:00am..

Usually between 3 and 6 am. Sometimes I stay up all night and I just feel amazing the next day, not tired at all, just excited and full of energy. I was considering doing a sleep fast - seeing as I feel so good not sleeping. I might give it a go, just to see what happens.

lately about 2am. No, I definitely feel better when i go to bed earlier on average. I sleep pretty much the same hours except when I am juicing.

I keep odd hours. I have found that the middle of the night is way more productive then the day time. There are no distractions, the house is quiet and I can focus 100% on whatever I want. I have found it's also the best time to do art projects.
I go to bed between 1 and 5.
Especially since I stopped eating after 7pm, I don't need as much sleep as I used to need. I function just fine on the small amount of sleep that I get, although occasionally I need a full 8 hours.

I've met some hit chix on GITMR. Not satisfying in the least. Just the opposite. Most communication is self-defeating, accomplishes nothing. I would love it if people would leave me alone when I'm out and about. Anybody else?

also, a dr. friend told me that some of the waxy stuff can drip into your ear and do permanent damage. it does feel great, but i don't do it any longer. i've actually fallen asleep while having it done. =/
