What kind of water do you drink?
My municipality has the typical junk in it. In this case, chloramine and fluoride. So I drink crystal geyser bottled water even though I know its bad to drink bottled water.
What are you opinions about the best way to obtain and purify water? What filters are good? Is bottled water good or do you purify municipal water with the junk chemicals in it?
On a related note, do you us a shower filter? I bought one called Rainshow'r but can't figure out how to install it yet :P

I use a GE "Smart Water", reverse osmosis (under sink) unit. Before that, home made distilled via counter-top style.

I believe that the body can heal itself if given the support. I'm a nurse in a nursing home and I've seen the body cling to life no matter how much poison is thrown at it.
Sounds ridiculous to me. Anyone actually older and experiencing longevity there? I doubt it. I live out in the country in the general direction of God's fart zone and perhaps that's better than getting caught up in this sort of materialistic stuff...
