Heard the Breville was good, but good enough for green juice?
Furthermore, i do have a vitamix the roks for pulpy green smoothies..but would still like to have a good carrot, wheatgrass, and green juice maker...

I use the Champion for carrot plus vegies juicing. Champions don't die! Eventually you may need to replace the blade.
The vitamix is popular. It's great for raw recipes, grinding up nuts and blending! I also have a Jack LaLanne as an extra, it's light for carrying to meetings and classes. There are some very expensive juicers I'm not familiar with, but I'm sure they are good also. I only used the hand wheat grass juicer in the past. Now, I simply use "sweetwheat capsules and powder". It's processed raw. I saw the ad on the Doug Kaufman show Know The Cause. Com. They make sure where they grow the grass, it has the correct nutrients, therefore, I'm thinking when I drink wheat grass, where did the grass come from?

I've owned Brevilles, Vita-Mixes, Champions, and more. I've also done lots of research. Depending on what you will be juicing you choose either a centrifugal or masticating (gear) juicer. If you are doing lots of greens and wheatgrass I would choose a masticating. The three best are Champion, Omega 5200, or the Green Star. My favorite is the Omega 5200.
If you are doing more fruit juicing, carrot juicing, apples, etc a centrifigal is fine. It needs to have good motor, and be easy to take apart and clean. My favorite was a Breville model although I can't remember which one.
If I was in your shoes, I would go with the Omega. It is solidly built, easy to clean and great with carrots, greens, and wheatgrass. Gear juicers are slower but produce more juice and a dryer pulp.
I love my Champion Juicer. A few years back, I decided to upgrade from an old Braun centrifugal, but I did not have much money. Someone suggested I look on ebay -- and I got my banana yellow circa 1976 Champion Juicer, complete with all attachments/accessories, as well as the care guide and recipe book for about $80. It is still going strong.
Last year I found a GreenStar GreenPower Gold model juicer at the Salvation Army for $20. It is only missing three non-essential parts (which I can replace inexpensively), and it works perfectly. The only thing is that it is a bear to disassemble, clean, and reassemble. I don't use it much right now, even though it is supposed to better than everything else. I can break down my Champion and wash it before my banana ice cream melts

I love my Norwalk juicer. I have tried both the Champion and the Norwalk and from what I've heard their both the best 2 juicing systems out there, but also the most expensive.
I am almost embarrassed to admit that my good ole hippy mom has both of them, and no longer uses either, isn't that crazy! So I was lucky enough to have it passed down to me. After playing with both of them, I opted for the Norwalk. It has a hydraulic press which compresses (almost) all of the nutrients out of the pulp. I have tried to use the leftover pulp for cracker recipes etc...as not to waste any part but it's like damp sawdust is extremely dry by the time it comes out of the press.
I really prefer to use my vita-mix as much as possible, because it pulverizes everything, skins and all, so there is truly no waste of nutrients. It can be a little on the thicker side, but makes great soups.
I juice probably 2 times a week, because it does taste divine, but is a labor of love. Either machine has a lot of parts to put on, take off, clean etc... but it's worth it.

The best way to prevent a cold are to eat foods that are minimally toxic. That means eating mostly fruits and vegetables. Organic if possible. Raw. Fresh.
What also helps is getting plenty of rest and sleep. As much as you need.
