What happened to Adam?
So winter kicked my ass. I had remembered Adam offering to analyze my diet if I'd write everything down that I ate. Granted, that was almost a year ago, but I've gotten fed up and finally recorded everything I've put in my mouth for the past 7 days.
The problem is he's nowhere to be found. Even my thread he had commented on had no trace of him.
Anybody talk to him or know where he carried himself off to?
I realize it's probable that I could research and analyze my own diet, but I'm having trouble keeping up with work and school as it is.

you can find him on 30 bananas a day's site for sure .....i chatted with him on here recently HE REALLY KNOWS HIS STUFF seriously.....follow whatever he tells you ...I did....you won't regret it

I'm still here, I didnt go anywhere. I'm sure its not been a year since we spoke (Ive only been on the forum about 8 months.) but it perhaps has been a while.
I'm sorry, I didnt realise that. I do try to keep track of posts but I only check the last 3-4 pages when I log on and thats not every day always so posts can slip through my notice. Its best to message me if you've posted to let me know.
