This is the brand that Brian Clement and his Hippocrates Institute recommend. I had been taking it regularly because it's soil-based, but the ingredients include magnesium stearate, which I'm surprised Clement would consider safe. So I'm looking for another brand to take. Anyone else got suggestions?
My friend suggested to me Bee Pollen it has the most natural B12! You can put it in smoothies, desserts...I am making my new Fruit "Fried Crab Wontons" with Mushrooms today it will be super cool new RAW Dessert and photos!
I don't take B12. 100% raw vegan, nothin on the side. Why would we need supplements if we're living the way we're designed? Someone's making a lot of money by convincing you that your body is imperfect.

How could a body, living on this planet, at this time, ever be perfect? The toxic load alone is unprecedented and it's been common knowledge for a while now that nearly everyone on the planet has traces of plastic constituents and various other man made chemicals within their tissues. We've become quite un-natural and imperfect.
Don't get me wrong, I do understand holding fast to the concept that our bodies can be or once where perfect. But, clearly there is a disconnect between the theoretical and the actual in this case, no? I'm not sure it's good enough to wish for a perfect natural solution when we are living in an environment which is much more un-natural and stressful than anything we may have been challenged with during the coarse of evolution.

Some of us have greater challenges than others:) My body will never be "perfect" no matter how conscientious I am. Sometimes you have a defective gene and you can't always undo the damage. You just have to compensate the best you can.
Unless someone knows of a "natural" way I can correct having twice as many veins in one leg, my body will always have the stress of having to pump a limited amount of blood through a vastly expanded vascular highway! I get by with a little help from my (herbal) friends;)
if sodium is consumed from natural sources then the body will be able to deal with it naturally...it won't be stored like toxins etc
water retention is the bodies way of diluting toxic matter....it will do this with salt (table. himalayan, sea, m...
