Give it to me Raw

Hey, I haven't read the book 80/10/10 yet and I want to know what each percentage stands for and what the major philosophy is of it all?

80% carbohydrates.. which means you need to eat lots of fruits!!
10%proteins.. which you get a little from the 80% carbs in fruit and a lot from the leafy greens and celery ;)
10%fats.. for this one, you dont realy need to eat fatty fruits or nuts because from the 80% carbs from fruit you will get some fats, maybe not 10% (always much less). From here comes the 811 low fat :) but you can eat you avos, nuts or coconuts! not too much just enough to get you 10% which i dont think its realy important to have an exact percentage.
You can check you percentages in www.fitday.com
Just search what you ate and look at the "cake" chart!

And the philosophy around it is that our bodies function on carbohydrates or glucose, its what moves us.. so thats why it is so important to fuel it up on fruits! the rest are to balance the body with minerals.

talking about bananas,
i was just wondering if too many bananas could be bad for me!
since i'm experimenting with 811rw (seems great for me!) i'm eating tons of them,
like 8 bananas for lunch today!
but i guess if these guys are eating 30 every day, there's no danger! :-)
