What do you eat/drink when you wake up?
Breakfast ideas for a super day? How much water should i drink in the morning for not being dehydrated at lunch time?

i always crave water(spring water when possible) with lemon and msm.

My breakfast varies, here's the norm.
6raw eggs(or sometimes raw yolk w/ cooked whites)
1/4lb raw beef liver (Cooked liver is gross for me)
2 strawberries or 1/2tbs of raw honey

I remembered I took some pictures from last week. We used bees wax candles, like anthony was saying, white/ off white. No filter. We used a biodegradable paper plate, to cover the head. Alot of wax comes out!
