i think you should only drink water when you are thirsty. so it wouldn't matter if u woke up.. drink a bit of water...then at 10.am drank a little water. whenever u were thirsty
i`ve heard that you should drink like 2 L of water when you wake up O_o ?
I think my stomach is too little. BUT! if you not drink so much, i won`t drink so much either. HAH. :)
brrr, it`s sooo cold up here, and im still miss raisin :(
no, im like dehydrated, dry like a raisin (bad humour) :p
i feel like i need more water. Im just forget to drink water. Water is just not so important. Is it?
Don`t seem like you have that problem?
Don`you live in a rainforest?
I live in a cold high place. Like a little mountain. Very dry air.
Water is the elixir of life – its properties are second to none and it
has been one of the prime ingredients in Natural Living and Natural
Healing since the beginning of time.
Water is essential for all dimensions of life.
All i said was drink when your thirsty and I would think drinking 2 L might go beyond your needs. But i don't know anything about you. Except that you like with dry air. So you might get thirsty a bit more.
Our daily requirements for water are primarily determined by;
- Age
- Sex
- Temperature
- Activity
- Types of food we eat
Water as a drink, is the only liquid that needs to be
consumed - we do not need to drink any other liquid to
remain in pristine health.
· However - we are not a drinking animal – we are a suckling
animal – dip your cupped hand into the water – bring it up to
your lips and drink – or draw in – in a suckling manner.
· We suckle at the breast until approximately 3 years of age -
at which time we should be fed as an adult on a natural diet
that supplies the majority of the water/fluids needed to
remain in ‘aqueous equilibrium.’
i've read the reason for drinking water upon first waking up is to replenish whatever we might have lost overnight. breathing....ect will cause us to lose some overnight.

I just drink about 12-14 oz of water with my magnesium powder dissolved into it and then I add some fresh lemon and liquid chlorophyll. I don't think you need to drink more than you are comfortable drinking.
I have nothing till lunchtime, that's from 11am onwards. Generally though nothing till about 2pm. I drink water when I get up, usually with lemon in it and now I have added a teaspoon of MSM to my mornings as well
I do a green juice with just leafy vegetables, just blend with water and strain, then about 20 minutes later I blend a couple cups of berries with a tad of lemon juice, or some other liquid, or a tiny bit of avocado and make a pudding
2 apples
10 pineapple guavas
small cup steamed, sprouted black beans with raw spinach, pepper, tomato, cilantro (no salt)
2 sticks celery
6 red bananas
10 more pineapple guavas
7 satsuma tangerines
1 pomegranate
10 dates
I have not used the stuff for years, it gives me heart palpitations.
but when I did use the stuff my 1st choice was liquid (especially the flavored ones they have like toffee)
2nd choice: white, which is more processed, but I can not even stomach ...
Soft rock is soft, not driving rock, but soft gushy love songs, romantic, smooth..stuff you are embarrassed to admit you like.
Stuff that makes you imagine you are swimming with sea horses, or hanging out on a rainbow with your love.
Only because Suvine asked me to.
I have almost no idea what qualifies as soft rock, but if most of the music here is any indication, that's probably because I don't actually like soft rock. For the most part. Does Queen qualify as soft rock? I ha...
