I'd say a diet with correct food combining and a load of green juice is like living off of ecstasy haha (- the getting totally messed up ofc, it just feels like you're high on pills all the time).
i find myself eating so slowly these days,savouring every mouthful,its amazing...i use to scoff my food so quickly so i could eat more...i use to be so 'starving' for food when i ate high fruit,that i would be hunched over all tense as i prepared it,and i couldnt get it into me quick enough...now i feel so calm and serene about my food,i am sure this is good for my digestion too...oh bliss...:)

I get the best experience from food when I sit down, use some of my senses(look,touch,smell, & taste)relax & eat slowly. Banana's gave me a good feeling during my workouts.(glucose feeding the brain & fueling my workout as well) But I had to give them up for a couple of reasons. Right now some smooth buttery shin marrow makes me feel complete.
Not plugging it or anything, but nothing else makes me shiver with energy like a tbsp of Vitamineral Green mixed into a quart of spring water first thing in the morning.

You're absolutely right; sodium is not the problem, but sodium chloride, and inorganic mineral salt which always causes water retention and raises blood pressure. We don't need any of that.
