Are you ajuicing twice a day, do you monomeal, go organic, 811 - what?
I'd say a diet with correct food combining and a load of green juice is like living off of ecstasy haha (- the getting totally messed up ofc, it just feels like you're high on pills all the time).
my home grown produce for starters. Everythime I touch someone else's salad , it for sure taste different. Mix it with foraged fruits and I am full. 90% home grown organic diet. salads and fruits make up my diet. Winter is coming, so I will mix some sprouts and dried apples, grapes and prunes ( this yr ) with it.

I'm in a minority here, but I eat moderate protein Ice Age Paleo diet (not a lot of fruit/sugar, lots of veggies and lots of fat and small protein portions) and it makes a huge difference! I have way more energy than I did on my former vegetarian diet and my skin is much nicer:)

This morning I had coconut kefir blended with some chia, fermented goat's milk protein, bee pollen and a few strawberries (and lemon cod liver oil).
For lunch, I had 2 soft boiled eggs and a huge amount of steamed greens and for dinner, a small piece of salmon, some salad with soft goat cheese and olive oil dressing and some steamed cauliflower. I use grass-fed cultured butter on my veggies and I usually have a handful of raw nuts as a snack and maybe a small apple. Sometimes I might have a few slices of raw cheese, but I keep the dairy somewhat minimal.
yeah this is what my diet looks like too. my protein comes from rice protein, organic eggs, and occasional small portions of wild seafood. lots of greens, mostly raw but some steamed. good fats like ev olive oil and fish oil supplements. raw nuts and nut butters.
lol is your lemon cod liver oil Carlson's? I ordered it online and what sold me was the so called lemon flavor. It doesn't taste so much like lemon inasmuch as it smells like lemon - and you still get the fish oil burps.
The only places where i deviate from what you're doing is i get a little more fruit in and I don't do any dairy.
I have never dried them myself, but in France and Italy you can buy them already dried (at what temperature I don't know). It was awhile since I ate them (before I went raw).
Lost is same insanely good storytelling, character development. I love how they spend time flashing back to show you the character's demons and how the island is bringing them to face what used to be a big thing for them. Plus, you never know what...
Make this, it is my new favorite thing.
SALAD

We're a minority group within a minority group... I figured we needed our own little space to socialize! :) Besides, some of us are single and would like to meet other gay raw cuties! :)
