Give it to me Raw

I'm so curious...

All of you 80% -90% raw foodists, what does the non-raw 10%-20% part of your diet consist of?

steamed veges, like broccoli or sweet potato occasionally. maybe some cooked quinoa. sometimes i'll eat gluten free vegan food if I am out with friends and there are no raw options.

I am !00% raw...if i eat anything cooked i feel really yuk! so i dont dabble in anything but raw....and this has helped my health 100%...but now im dabbling with the 80.10.10.
..and....last week i had raw liver twice in a smoothie and i nearly vomited..it was sooo awful i could nt bear it
...so im looking now at dessicated liver which will not be 100% raw....so i s'pose thats might be my only tang that will be not raw
from what i have learnt steamed vegies are really great for you! much better than having say a bag of nuts...in terms of cleaning out your cells(;

Even when I'm really high raw, I am ALL OVER my herbal tea...to me, tea is in a category with chocolate and wine: it's not food, it's an EXPERIENCE.
