steamed veges, like broccoli or sweet potato occasionally. maybe some cooked quinoa. sometimes i'll eat gluten free vegan food if I am out with friends and there are no raw options.
I am !00% raw...if i eat anything cooked i feel really yuk! so i dont dabble in anything but raw....and this has helped my health 100%...but now im dabbling with the 80.10.10.
..and....last week i had raw liver twice in a smoothie and i nearly vomited..it was sooo awful i could nt bear it
...so im looking now at dessicated liver which will not be 100% raw....so i s'pose thats might be my only tang that will be not raw
from what i have learnt steamed vegies are really great for you! much better than having say a bag of nuts...in terms of cleaning out your cells(;
I find it's quicker to make four cuts, scaling the outer skin equally then pulling it away and thumping with a wooden spoon. Plus it's less of a mess and you don't lose any juice because none of the kernels are cut :)
