A bit of quinoa, cacao, sometimes some beans (particularly in the wintertime), and steamed veggies. I am about 80% raw I would say, more like 95% in the summer and warmer weather.
Rolled oats. Sometimes, cooked rice with EVO. Very, very rarely (maybe twice a year) okra bhindi. If anyone can help me figure out how to make a raw okra dish, that tastes even remotely like okra bhindi, I'd be so appreciative! That's about it.

You're absolutely right; sodium is not the problem, but sodium chloride, and inorganic mineral salt which always causes water retention and raises blood pressure. We don't need any of that.
