"Well....maybe just this one more time....and that's it!" "No more after today!"
Done that too. It's ok though. Forgive yourself and keep moving forward! It's a process and we are stronger as we go through all the challenges and little victories. (don't forget your little victories and to congratulate yourself for them. try not to take them for granted.)
Yes and my mom was telling me there is a big difference in the organic. You definitely want organic and if you air pop it and use a little sea salt and olive oil. yummy.

I've almost made it through the winter and have not gotten seriously ill this year. Foodwise, I attribute it, in part, to getting a lot more dark greens in my diet and some cooked meals. After being 100% high fruit raw for 2 and a half years, I added back into my cold wet season diet occasional small meals of lightly steamed veggies, Japanese sweet potatoes, organic local heirloom dried beans, very small amounts of: curry spices, warming spices, dried ground hot chilis, and some grains like brown basmati, quinoa, and Ezekial sprouted grain tortillas (since I can no longer make my raw dehydrated flax/avocado tortillas in my off-the-grid cabin). Yes, it is in part about getting more carbs and protein when there is no local fruit and I depend on imports. I still eat lots of raw fruit daily, big green smoothies, citrus and am looking forward to watermelon season starting this spring when the first good organics come up from Mexico. I haven't been eating imported hot water treated mangoes this winter - they just don't taste very good anymore after having the local California Keitt mangoes last fall. I pick the imports up in the store and they just feel dead now.
occasional unhealthy choices= movie theater popcorn, tortilla chips, fries
healthy choices= maple syrup as a flavoring in raw icecream, some of my seasonings, herbal tea, nutritional yeast, braggs liquid amino acids
also, a dr. friend told me that some of the waxy stuff can drip into your ear and do permanent damage. it does feel great, but i don't do it any longer. i've actually fallen asleep while having it done. =/
Thank you Wrenn that is what I thought too and your comments are very helpful! I think it would also be cool at $.99 for 5 TOTALLY new raw recipes and then it can be a series of them at $.99 each...thanks for your comment!
women wants to re-make them just like if they were their own babies, and yet they want them to act grown up like a "real" man father and all that stuff. doomed to fail each time
