Hey something I like to do is make a mongolian "stir fry" type thing. All you do is put tahini in a bowl1\2 cup appx plus some nama shoyu, braggs (if you use those) You can add blended sundried tomatoes instead. Season to tast with ginger, garlic, rice wine vinegar, orange zest, etc. Then add any chopped vegetables you like. broccoli, vidalia or green onion, jicama, carrots, peppers, etc. Eat as is or dehydrate for a couple hours! Excellent with cauliflower rice too!
Raw Halvah... add sweetener to taste, then stiffen with cocoa or carob. Coconut makes a nice addition. This is also a good base for a shortcake, smother with fruit & puree, drizzle with syrup/ cocoa syrup.
I'd sweeten it, and then stiffen it... Its not terribly delicious on its own. Sweeten with whatever you like, agave, and then stiffen with carob and/ or coconut or both.
Mmm, I love tahini. You can make a delicious dressing with it. In fact I just made this last night to go over kale, oak leaf, red bell peppers and onions.
Dressing:
.1 T tahini
.juice of 1/2 lemon
.tsp of sesame oil
.1 soaked date OR 1T of agave
.few small chunks of red bell pepper (maybe 1/4 cup)
.dash of soy sauce/nama shoyu/tamari or salt
.dash red pepper flakes or cayenne if you want spicy
Blend all of the above and it becomes a creamy, sesame-y dressing that is a beautiful pale pink color.

Thank you guys! For the sauce, I used tomatoes, a spoon of olive oil and a pinch of any yellow spice I could find in my cupboard and some cilantro. I prepare almond milk so I used the leftovers nuts and mixed them with previous ingredients and the...
