going back in time, becoming younger, hanging out with my nephew who is a preschooler. Tossing stuffed animals and getting them retrieved by my mom's chihuahua. Waking up with my Chihauhua in my arms, kissing her on the cheek.
I have forgotten what it feels like. Last time I cried was when I saw imitation of life once on a day when I was VERY EMOTI*ONAL. I didn't know what the fuck was wrong.
As someone mentioned, it's not a specific activity, but the fact of fully plunging in it that makes the difference!
also i often feel a sense of harmony and well-being without any apparent reason, or feel bad without any reason too...

What works for me is SUNSHINE!!! If i can stand there taking free vitamine D and getting the warmth, i am just fine!Yep!
It works too with moonlight but sunshine is my favorite.
I enjoy meditation cause it keeps me centered, helps me to become more aware of my respiration and how important it is to breath in every situation.
Yoga too for the same reasons.
Running, cause i love that adrenaline shot that i get when i push myself to the limits.
Dancing whenever i feel : at home, on the streets, in a dance studio, in a club,...
Singing when nobody is watching...and when people are watching also ;-)
I like bathing in the ocean, but right now i'm really far from any coast. :[
