meditation, a physical/spiritual type of exercise, bike riding and swimming, admiring nature up close, creative writing, music, bizarre conversations, being totally in the present.
That is an easy answer. Yoga! Being out in nature, when I breath air that's so nice it tastes sweet, connecting with good company, swimming and spending time by ocean..
yoga, horses, swimming in bass and dancing my booty off at shows, hoop performances, and hoop practice time alone where i can experiment...school, learning, riding my bike around aimlessly, being in san francisco, reading on the beach.

Running, setting goals and actually accomplishing them, getting good grades in college, watching a good movie, being outside, liking someone and having them like you, hanging out with a friend or friends and having fun, video games / computer games, making a good drawing, design or artwork, helping others, thinking of a good idea, looking forward to something.

we did an experiment in school with ear candles. we set up one with a real person, followed directions perfectly...set up another the same way but instead of putting it in someones ear we just held it against a pillow...both candles had...
they gossip about which teams are going to trade or sign star players. Most of it is bullshit. They just create rumors to sell papers / get hits. Still I eat it up.
Hi agree with Erin, everything she suggested is very similiar to wha ti have found.
I am also seeing an accupuncturist and realize that we actually need cooked foods in our diet to support the spleen.
Healing with whole foods is a great start..
I've been doing some "research" on ear candling, and have found three different reports:
1) it's great, feels great, and really helps to clear out the sinuses/lymphs
2) it feels great, but that's just the warmth and it doesn't actually do anything...
