i've only lost 7 POUND since started transitioning about a month ago, and I feel like I could loose another 10 pounds. I still eat cooked steamed veggies for dinner, could this have something to do with it? does anyone else have this problem? I just don't want to be stuck at this weight.

Haha, that's what I'm shooting for. Why do you suppose that is, is it a matter of remineralization, giving up emotional eating patterns, hormone rebalancing?
i have lost 6 kilos in 6 weeks from going from high fruit low fat to high greens lower fruit and moderate fat,its great to lose excess...i train alot as you know....but i believe once things balance out and we are eating the right amount to sustain and nourish us our weight will stabilise,and its important to focus on building healthy raw muscle...xo
You should add green smoothies to your diet. You'll get a lot more greens in your diet. I've lost 30 lbs since I added green smoothies. I'm going to do a 30 100% raw diet in January... I just don't crave the cooked food anymore.
