Give it to me Raw

i've only lost 7 POUND since started transitioning about a month ago, and I feel like I could loose another 10 pounds. I still eat cooked steamed veggies for dinner, could this have something to do with it? does anyone else have this problem? I just don't want to be stuck at this weight.

Eating raw has saved my life, I haven't binged and purged in over a month. I HATE THE FUCKING EATING DISORDER AND WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH IT!

I have been healing from my eating disorder and in no way shape or form promote eating disorders in anyway.

I want to be healthy, that is my main goal. health and happiness. but if i'm backed up and not feeing well then obviously i'm not healthy or happy.

ok great advice but is there a certain order I should drink? do I drink the water first, then wait and drink the aloe, then wait a while to eat? I have the aloe juice but I wasnt sure if I should drink it in the morning or in the evening. in the raw diet there seems to be a lot of rules and I just want to do things right in order to get rid of this problem. I drink green juice with ginger everyday already, doesnt do a thing.

I clean the house for about a half hour to an hour while dancing, then I do 60 jumping jacks or more if I can, 50 crunches, and 20 or so push ups. I also run around after 2 kids all day.
yeah I thought that was pretty strange actually. when I said lol funny I wasnt really laughing at all.

Suvine, anorexia is a serious illness and psychological disorder that people die from. Your "pro-ana" joke was in bad taste and quite frankly, disgustingly inappropriate for a website that aims to promote health and well-being.

You are beautiful just as you are, Watermelon :) It's more productive to focus on becoming healthy in body, mind and spirit, rather than criticizing your weight. Be patient and loving with yourself. I know that can be hard when you're recovering from an ED, but it's important to do it consciously. Your self-esteem or self-worth isn't reliant upon your weight in any way.

I do use a foot stool, and It helps a lot, I'm actually feeling some relief today and i'm so glad. I do keep a journal, but I haven't been focusing as much because I have been busy with friends visiting from out of town. I really appreciate all of you advice and will put it to good use. thank you very very much.
