i've only lost 7 POUND since started transitioning about a month ago, and I feel like I could loose another 10 pounds. I still eat cooked steamed veggies for dinner, could this have something to do with it? does anyone else have this problem? I just don't want to be stuck at this weight.
me too! I have been 100% raw (with the exception of a minor slip up :-)) for over a month now and i am not experiencing any extreme weight loss either. I am starting to get frustrated because all i read is how people have lost a ton of weight by going only partly raw. And i have not been eating ton of fat either. Any one have any suggestions?
I drink water, then fresh juice, have a little fruit, then its salad and some seeds, salad some seeds, then some steamed veggies, maybe a little organic dark chocolate. I usually clean the house everyday, do some dancing. and then I do as many jumping jacks, push ups and crunches as a i can every day.

my magic bullet burnt out, it was good for travelling while I had it though. Can you get a second hand blender? The cheaper ones I have used don't chop up the greens as well. Try to get something with a higher wattage, like 1000watt.
