Give it to me Raw

i've only lost 7 POUND since started transitioning about a month ago, and I feel like I could loose another 10 pounds. I still eat cooked steamed veggies for dinner, could this have something to do with it? does anyone else have this problem? I just don't want to be stuck at this weight.

me too! I have been 100% raw (with the exception of a minor slip up :-)) for over a month now and i am not experiencing any extreme weight loss either. I am starting to get frustrated because all i read is how people have lost a ton of weight by going only partly raw. And i have not been eating ton of fat either. Any one have any suggestions?

Maybe you two aren't haveing problems 'losing weight,' but instead are having problems dealing with your ED & body dismorphia?

well is weight really the issue or is it about fat percentage and toning?

what do you eat?...how do you burn it/?

I drink water, then fresh juice, have a little fruit, then its salad and some seeds, salad some seeds, then some steamed veggies, maybe a little organic dark chocolate. I usually clean the house everyday, do some dancing. and then I do as many jumping jacks, push ups and crunches as a i can every day.

Just remember how long it took you to get the way you are. Be a little patient. Trust the raw, natural food. Nature will not let you down!!

i'm 5'5 and between 114 and 118 right now. but I know that my natural weight is somewhere around 100

If you've been bulimic most of your life, how can you know what your "natural" weight really is?

my magic bullet burnt out, it was good for travelling while I had it though. Can you get a second hand blender? The cheaper ones I have used don't chop up the greens as well. Try to get something with a higher wattage, like 1000watt.
