I was just reading that Steve Pavlina is divorcing his wife Erin. Normally, I wouldn't care so much but he wrote this in his blog:
It’s fair to say that polyamory was a catalyst for ending our marriage, but only partly. Another catalyst behind that one was my decision to get into raw foods. That’s partly what spawned this exploration of intimacy in the first place. Eating raw is an emotional amplifier. I had to learn to start processing the emotions I was feeling because they couldn’t be so easily dismissed.
So I was just wondering if anyone else out there is going through the same thing, or even thinking about it.
yes but some people would consider animal flesh murderous tendencioes..just saying--thhat is probably why they wouldn't appreciate the idea of living with a flesh eater
There is always a reason not to like someone and there are always reasons to like them too. I don't base my ability to care for someone based on their diet. What matters to me is their heart. If they don't give a crap about animals that is usually obvious very quickly.
What about family? My entire family eats meat - this includes all my relatives. I still love them.
I may be vegan but I still eat honey and I still wear my old leathers from years ago. Some people may label me a hypocrite and judge me based on those things. It's so easy to write someone off based on false assumptions, as people are doing in this thread towards Steve.
I can understand if vegetarians don't want to be with meat eaters that is understandable. I'm not saying I don't understand, but some people are very extreme in their choices and limit themselves from meeting wonderful people simply based on one factor.
You can always ask a produce dept. employee at Whole Foods to cut one open so you can try it before you waste your money. It's store policy to let people sample things:)
but just becouse we were tampered with does not mean that we came from microscopic ethers. We had form, body and a brain, simple tampering was neccessary to tame wild beasts that we were then in order to domesticate us..........and to make faithfu...

LOL- yes, I meant blood vessels. I must've been typing in a hurry;) The spleen (in Chinese medicine) holds things in their place, like blood in the vessels, and organs (keeps them from prolapsing). I wonder if you had a spleen issue back when the ...
